The organiser of the 16th KRIO Opticians Congress is the National Chamber of Optical Crafts, while the MTP Group serves as the Organising Office of the Congress, as in previous years .

As part of the organizational cooperation, KRIO will be responsible for the overall organizational concept and substantive supervision of the Congress, as well as for the organization of the conference part.

The tasks of Grupa MTP will include the organisation of the optical exhibition, servicing exhibitors and opticians in terms of accepting participation applications and fees, and all financial settlements (including issuing invoices)
